Welcome to Laurel Creek Vineyard. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on this website. Throughout these Terms of Use, "Laurel Creek Vineyard," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Laurel Creek Vineyard. "You" refers to any user, customer, or visitor of this website.

Age Restrictions

By purchasing wine from Laurel Creek Vineyard, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In accordance with federal and New York State law, alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons who are 21 years of age or older. An adult aged 21 or older must be present to receive and sign for all wine deliveries. Valid government-issued identification may be required upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe these age verification requirements have not been met.

Personal Use Only

Wine purchased from Laurel Creek Vineyard is intended for personal consumption only. Products may not be resold, redistributed, or furnished to anyone under the legal drinking age.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All wine sales are final. Laurel Creek Vineyard does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on alcoholic beverages except where required by applicable law. Laurel Creek Vineyard is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment (due to the perishable nature of wine and the ingredients that wine is made up of). The wine shall become the responsibility of the purchaser once it is picked up by the purchaser or an authorized party (e.g. shipping companies).
